Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026. This policy covers the WorldVybes website (worldvybes.com), its city pages (CitiVybes) and business pages (BusinessLinQs), and the WorldVybes apps for Android and iPhone. All of them are operated by BusinessLinQs Corporation, a Delaware corporation in the United States ("we").

The short version

We collect only what we need to run your account, show your posts, run live classes and take course payments.
We never sell your data, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
The app does not use the advertising ID.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time: worldvybes.com/delete-account.

What we collect

Account: your username, display name, and PIN (stored only in scrambled, hashed form). Optional: security questions (hashed), 2-step verification settings, and an email address. Older accounts may have a phone number.
Profile: what you choose to add, such as a photo, home city and the city you live in.
What you post: posts, comments, photos, videos, Pages, groups, saved posts, follows and blocks.
Live classes and voice rooms: your camera and microphone are used only while you choose to share them. Audio and video are streamed live and are not recorded or stored. Class chat messages are shown during the class.
Courses and payments: which courses you enroll in or sell, SAT Passes you buy, and receipts. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Exam practice: your practice tests and answers, estimated scores, practice history, the exams you ask us to add, and feedback you send from the practice page. We use them to show your results and progress, to work out the member discount, and to improve the questions. Your scores are private: only you can see them.
Approximate location: the country and city of your internet connection, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) supplies with each request. We use it to show your city and to stop abuse. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
Basic usage: counts of visits, sign-ups and posts, so we know which features work. These counts are not used for advertising.
Cookies: a sign-in cookie (so you stay signed in), and small preference cookies for your language and city. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run your account and sign you in safely.
To show your posts in the cities and groups you choose, and to run live classes and courses.
To keep WorldVybes safe: moderators and automatic AI screening check posts for abuse, spam and illegal content.
To translate posts when you ask (translation runs on Cloudflare's AI service).
To send you account emails, if you gave us an email address. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who can see your information

Public: your display name, photo, home city, and posts in public feeds, Pages and public groups.
Members only: posts in private groups are seen only by that group's members.
Never shown: your PIN, security answers, email address and phone number.

Companies that help us (service providers)

We do not share your data with third parties for their own use. These companies process data only on our behalf:

Cloudflare (United States): hosting, storage, live video streaming and AI translation.
Stripe: course payments.
Brevo: account emails.
Awin and CJ: if you click a cashback store link, they record the purchase so we can credit your cashback.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect members from harm.

How long we keep it

Account, posts and practice history: until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Deleted accounts are erased within 30 days.
Payment and receipt records: up to 7 years, as tax law requires.
Recorded business deals: 5 years.
Abuse reports: up to 90 days.

Your choices and rights

Edit or delete your own posts at any time.
Block any member from the ⋯ menu on their post; unblock from your account menu.
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing amin@businesslinqs.com. Full steps: worldvybes.com/delete-account.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have extra rights. We honor them on request.

Young people

WorldVybes is for people aged 16 and over. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

Security

All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). PINs and security answers are hashed, sign-in attempts are limited, and 2-step verification is available.
