Terms of Use

Effective October 26, 2026. These terms cover WorldVybes (worldvybes.com), its city pages (CitiVybes), its business pages (BusinessLinQs), and the WorldVybes apps for Android and iPhone. All are operated by BusinessLinQs Corporation ("we"). By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use WorldVybes

WorldVybes is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please don't sign up. By using the site, you confirm you are 16 or older.

2. Your account

You sign in with a username and a PIN. Keep your PIN secret; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
One person, one account. Don't pretend to be someone else.
You can delete your account at any time: profile picture → Delete account. See how deletion works.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.

3. What you post

You own what you post. By posting it, you give WorldVybes a free, worldwide licence to show it on the site and apps, in share previews and in the feeds of the cities you choose, for as long as it stays up. You can delete your own posts at any time.

Only post what is yours or what you have the right to share. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, false or misleading, or that shares a private person's details without their consent. If you believe something infringes your rights, tell us with the link and we will act on it.

Posts, comments, jobs and Help Desk requests are written by members or come from public sources. We do not verify them. Check before you act on anything important, meet in public, and never send money to strangers.

Reporting and blocking

Anyone can report a post from its ⋯ menu, or block a member so you no longer see their posts. Moderators and automatic screening review reports and remove what breaks the rules.

4. Courses from institutions and teachers

Courses on WorldVybes are created and taught by independent institutions and teachers, not by WorldVybes. Each course shows its fee, length and refund policy before you pay, and that course's refund policy applies. No course guarantees a score or an admission. The Partner & Student Terms give the full details.

Free classes and lessons from Helping Hands (T&K) are given voluntarily by members and are provided as they are. If a Helping Hand teaches free, WorldVybes charges nothing. If a Helping Hand charges, the class must be offered as a course on WorldVybes, under the same terms and fees as institutions (see the Partner & Student Terms).

5. SAT Pass and exam practice: purchases and refunds

What you get

Free members get one full-length practice test, 10 practice questions a day and three study notes.
An SAT Pass gives unlimited practice tests and retakes, unlimited practice questions and all study notes, for 30 days (1-month Pass) or 90 days (3-month Pass) from payment. Buying again while a Pass is active adds the new days to the end.
It is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
The price is shown before you pay and depends on the country you connect from (lower prices for South Asia and Africa). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Passes are sold on the website only, not inside the iPhone app.

7-day money-back guarantee

If the SAT Pass isn't right for you, email amin@businesslinqs.com within 7 days of payment with your username, and we will refund the full amount to your card. One refund per member. Refunds usually reach your card in 5–10 business days. Your Pass ends when the refund is made.

After 7 days, Passes are not refundable, except where the law requires it, or if a technical problem on our side stops you from using the Pass and we cannot fix it; then we will extend your Pass or refund the unused days.

Member discount

Active members can unlock 25% off one Pass per calendar month by meeting the activity goals shown on the SAT practice page. Activity must be genuine: fake posts, comments or shares cancel the discount. We may change the goals for future months.

Practice material and scores

Practice questions are original questions written by WorldVybes to the public Digital SAT format. They are not real or released test questions.
Scores are estimates, not official scores, and do not predict or guarantee any result.
The material is for your personal study only. Don't copy, record, screenshot, share, sell or republish it, and don't share your account. If you do, we may end your Pass without a refund.
SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse WorldVybes.

6. Prizes, rewards and contests

From time to time we may offer prizes or rewards. Each one has its own official rules, published with it, covering who can enter, how to enter, how winners are chosen and the prizes. If those rules and these terms differ, the official rules for that prize apply. No purchase is ever necessary to enter or win.

7. Advertising and links

Ads are always labelled "Sponsored" and never disguised as members' posts. Some links, such as cashback stores and hotel bookings, are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Other websites are not ours, and their own terms apply.

8. Privacy

We collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. No warranty, limited liability

WorldVybes is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it always will be. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or apps, or from relying on anything posted on them. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. The company and the law

WorldVybes, CitiVybes and BusinessLinQs are operated by BusinessLinQs Corporation, a Delaware corporation based in Houston, Texas, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Questions and legal notices: amin@businesslinqs.com.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and for important changes we will tell members on the site. Continuing to use WorldVybes after an update means you accept it. A change never takes away a refund you were already entitled to.
