1. About these terms
WorldVybes (worldvybes.com) is operated by BusinessLinQs Corporation ("WorldVybes", "we", "us"), which runs the T&K Institution Partner Program. Through it, test-prep institutes, academies, schools, universities and independent teachers ("Institutions" or "Partners") list their courses, and students ("Students") enroll and pay on WorldVybes.
WorldVybes is a marketplace, not a school. Each course is created, taught and delivered by the Institution that lists it. The Institution, not WorldVybes, is responsible for its teaching, its teachers, its course content and its results.
By applying as a Partner, or by enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms and to the WorldVybes Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with those, these terms apply to courses and payments.
2. Partner Agreement
2.1 Applying and approval
- You must give true, complete and current information: legal name, address, phone numbers, email, the person responsible, your courses and your fees. We may ask for proof of registration or identity.
- WorldVybes reviews every application and may approve, ask for changes, or decline it. A listing appears publicly, and can take payments, only after approval.
- You must be legally allowed to offer your courses where you operate, and hold any licences your country requires.
2.2 What you promise (the five boxes you tick)
- Accurate information. Everything in your listing, courses, fees, teachers and results is true. You will not claim guaranteed scores or admissions.
- Delivery. You will deliver every course a Student pays for, as described: content, length, hours, schedule, format and start date. If a course is cancelled or materially changed, you will offer the Student a full refund.
- Refunds. You will honour the refund window and refund policy shown on your listing, and these terms (section 4).
- Fees. You accept WorldVybes's fees (section 3), and that Students who pay for your courses pay through WorldVybes. You will not ask Students found on WorldVybes to pay you outside WorldVybes to avoid the fee.
- Content. You own, or have permission to use, everything you upload. You will not upload copied course material, leaked exam questions, or content that breaks any law or the WorldVybes community rules.
2.3 Free featuring
An approved listing is featured free for 12 months from approval. After that, featuring may continue free or under a published plan; we will tell you before any charge. Signing up, posting, photos and videos remain free.
2.4 Your licence to us
You let WorldVybes display, stream and promote your listing, spotlight video and course pages on WorldVybes and on our social media, to operate the program. Paid lesson content is shown only to enrolled Students, you and WorldVybes staff for support and moderation.
2.5 Suspension
We may pause or remove a listing, withhold payouts for disputed payments, or end this agreement for false information, repeated complaints, failure to deliver or refund, fee avoidance, or breach of these terms. You may leave at any time; you remain responsible for courses already paid for.
3. Fees & payouts
- Who brought the Student. A Student counts as yours (10%) when they first joined WorldVybes through your personal link, or had already joined through it before paying. Otherwise WorldVybes brought them (20%). Our records decide this and are shown in your dashboard.
- Currency. Course fees are charged in U.S. dollars. Students' banks may convert currency and charge their own fees.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. WorldVybes never sees or stores card numbers.
- Automatic payouts. Where Stripe supports your country, you connect a Stripe account and your share is sent to it automatically after each payment, on Stripe's payout schedule.
- Monthly payouts. Where Stripe cannot pay out in your country, WorldVybes receives the payment and sends your share monthly by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer, after your refund window has passed, to the account you give us. Transfer costs charged by those services may be deducted.
- Taxes. You are responsible for taxes on your income and for any sales tax or VAT on your courses where you operate. WorldVybes may collect tax information required by law (for example U.S. tax forms).
- Chargebacks. If a Student's bank reverses a payment, your share for that payment is reversed too, and we may recover it from future payouts.
4. Refunds
- Each Institution sets a refund window (0 to 30 days from payment) and may add a written policy. Both are shown on its listing before a Student pays.
- Within the window, a Student may request a full refund from the Institution, or from WorldVybes, which will process it through Stripe.
- Always refunded in full: a course that is cancelled, does not start within 14 days of its stated start date, or is materially different from its description.
- Never refunded: access ended because the Student shared course content (section 6).
- When a payment is refunded, WorldVybes's fee is refunded too, and the Institution's share is reversed.
5. Student Terms
- Your enrollment is personal. One account, one Student. You may not share your login.
- Your course page shows what you paid, when, and to whom. This record is private: only you, the Institution and WorldVybes staff can see it.
- After payment you join the Institution's student Group and follow its Page automatically. You can leave the Group at any time; your course access stays.
- Questions about teaching, schedules or materials go to the Institution. Questions about payments go to WorldVybes.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make the payment.
6. Content protection
- You may not copy, download, record, screenshot, photograph, re-upload, sell or share course content, in whole or in part, or post it in any group, chat or website.
- Course pages block copying, right-click, printing and downloading, and hide lessons when you switch away. These are deterrents. No website can fully prevent screenshots or screen recording, which is why every lesson carries your name.
- WorldVybes records which account opens each lesson and when, to investigate leaks. The Institution or WorldVybes may end access for sharing, and may take legal action for copyright infringement.
7. Disclaimers
- No guarantee of results. No course, Institution or WorldVybes guarantees any test score, admission, licence, visa or job.
- Not an official provider. Institutions on WorldVybes are independent. Unless a listing says otherwise and shows proof, they are not official partners of any testing body, and WorldVybes is not.
- Prices shown for comparison ("what students pay today") are typical published ranges from third-party sources at the time of writing. Actual prices vary.
- Information on listings is provided by each Institution. WorldVybes reviews applications but does not verify every claim or audit teaching quality. Use your own judgment; ratings and reviews from other students help.
- WorldVybes is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Trademarks
SAT and AP are trademarks of College Board. TOEFL and GRE are trademarks of ETS. IELTS is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. GMAT is a trademark of the Graduate Management Admission Council. NCLEX is a trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. USMLE is a program of the Federation of State Medical Boards and the National Board of Medical Examiners. ACT, PTE, Duolingo English Test, LSAT, MCAT, PLAB and all other exam names belong to their owners. None of these organizations is affiliated with, sponsors or endorses WorldVybes or the Institutions listed on it. Exam names are used only to describe what a course prepares for.
9. Privacy
- We collect what is needed to run courses and payments: account details, enrollments, payment status (not card numbers), lesson views and network information (stored as one-way hashes).
- An Institution sees the name and email of its enrolled Students, what they paid and when, to deliver the course. Institutions may not use Student data for any other purpose or share it.
- Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Details: WorldVybes Privacy Policy.
10. Liability & law
- To the extent the law allows, WorldVybes's total liability for any claim about a course or payment is limited to the amount paid for that course. WorldVybes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Institutions agree to cover WorldVybes for claims arising from their courses, content, statements or failure to deliver or refund.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas, unless the law where a Student lives gives them the right to bring a claim there.
- We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell Partners by email at least 14 days before a change to fees takes effect.
